How do I send a package?
Open the order page, enter your pickup and drop-off addresses, choose a vehicle and confirm. You'll see the price up front before you book.
How is the price calculated?
Pricing is based on distance, vehicle type and package size. The full price is shown before you confirm - there are no hidden fees at the door.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Every delivery includes live GPS tracking so you can follow your courier in real time, with an accurate ETA at each step.
What payment methods are accepted?
We support mobile money and major cards. You can pay securely in the app when you place your order.
How do I create an account?
Tap Sign up in the top right, enter your name, email and a password, and you're ready to go. You don't need an account just for a price quote.
Is my package insured?
Yes. Parcels are insured and every courier is verified, so your items are protected from pickup to drop-off.
How do I become a courier?
Visit our Careers page and apply to drive. Once your background check is complete, you can start earning on your own schedule.
